Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, NOCs, salary certificates, and experience letters.
- Maintain accurate employee files (digital and physical) ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Track probation periods and coordinate confirmation evaluations with line managers.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Compile and verify monthly payroll data: attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
- Coordinate payroll processing with Finance and ensure full WPS compliance.
- Maintain employee insurance data for additions, deletions, and renewals.
- Support the issuance and replacement of medical insurance cards.
- Ensure payroll and benefits transactions are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Government & Compliance Coordination
- Track expiry dates for employee documents such as visas, passports, and Emirates IDs.
- Maintain audit-ready compliance records and ensure full adherence to UAE Labor Law.
- Support with documentation required for inspections, audits, and renewals.
4. Policy & Documentation Control
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures in line with UAE Labor Law.
- Circulate updated policies and ensure acknowledgment records are properly filed.
- Support internal HR audits and documentation accuracy across departments.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation alignment with company standards.
5. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate interviews, documentation verification, and onboarding checklists.
- Support recruitment for both technical and administrative positions.
- Prepare onboarding kits and ensure a smooth, professional new-joiner experience.
- Maintain candidate and employee records within the HR system.
6. Attendance & Time Management
- Validate attendance and overtime entries for both office and factory staff.
- Coordinate with line managers to resolve attendance or timekeeping issues.
7. HR Communication & Employee Relations
- Draft HR communications, circulars, and internal announcements.
- Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations matters confidentially and fairly.
8. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain HR dashboards and trackers (headcount, turnover, visa expiry, leaves, etc.).
- Generate regular HR reports and provide data insights.
- Support manpower planning, audits, and HR performance reviews through accurate data reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, construction, or interior design industries (UAE experience required).
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance procedures.
- Proven experience in payroll, employee relations, and government coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
