Description:
We are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Officer to support the company’s human resources and administrative operations. The role is suitable for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in HR coordination, employee records management, and administrative support functions.
The HR Officer will work closely with internal departments, external agencies, and service providers to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the PRO on all employment-related matters, including visa processing, renewals, labor cards, Emirates ID, and other government documentation
- Managing and coordinating all company travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, in line with approved policies and cost efficiency
- Preparing travel itineraries and schedules based on authorized travel requests
- Coordinating with insurance providers for employee insurance claims, card issuance, renewals, and cancellations
- Creating, updating, and maintaining employee records within the ERP Oracle system
- Liaising with local and overseas recruitment agencies and applicants to fulfill manpower requirements
- Coordinating with outsourced manpower providers, submitting attendance records, and verifying invoices
- Preparing purchase requests and receipt travelers in the ERP Oracle system for administrative goods and services
- Monitoring staff attendance and maintaining accurate attendance records
- Preparing monthly overtime and attendance reports and assisting with payroll processing
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, is preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality
