A government entity in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in payroll administration to join its team on an outsourced yearly renewable contract. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals who possess a solid understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle management within structured organizations.

The selected candidate will support HR operations, payroll coordination, employee record management, and compliance-related activities. Individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operational activities and employee administration processes

• Handle payroll coordination and ensure accurate payroll processing

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Support compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

• Coordinate payroll-related matters with relevant stakeholders

• Assist in HR reporting and administrative functions

• Contribute to the smooth execution of HR processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR Operations with strong payroll handling experience

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll processes

• Experience managing employee records, contracts, and payroll coordination

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and structured environment

• Strong Excel skills and exposure to HR systems preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
