Elyzee Hospital is seeking a HR Officer with experience in the medical field to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional who understands the unique needs of healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for medical and administrative staff
• Process all professional medical licenses for all doctors.
• Handle all visa, labor contracts and insurance for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HR best practices
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Collaborate with management to drive HR initiatives and employee engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Officer in a healthcare or medical setting
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, especially in healthcare
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
