Hr Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join the People & Culture team of a leading real estate brokerage in the UAE. This role focuses on driving HR operations with precision and compliance, managing the full employee lifecycle, and enhancing overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a confident and structured HR professional with proven UAE HR experience, capable of working independently while providing strategic HR guidance.

Role Overview:
• Lead end-to-end HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across the entire employee lifecycle
• Provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and related administrative processes
• Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:
• 7–9 years of HR experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven experience working in HR within the UAE
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Strong leadership skills, structured approach, and ability to work independently
