Description:
We are looking for a professional HR Payroll Officer to manage and oversee payroll operations for our staff across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, UAE labor law, WPS payroll, and multi-country payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees in UAE and other branch locations.
- Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) files and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Handle end-to-end payroll activities, including leave salary, gratuity, EOSB, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as visa renewals, insurance, and attendance reports.
- Support HR audits and reporting.
- Communicate payroll policies and address employee payroll inquiries professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll management in the UAE (experience with GCC payroll is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS regulations.
- Experience in multi-country payroll (Saudi, Qatar, Morocco, Jordan) preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality and accuracy.
