We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Source, attract, and select top talent for various roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Ready to join immediately.
