Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Source and screen candidates.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
