At Indus Real Estate, we're expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can hire commission-based real estate agents to fuel our continued growth.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Source and recruit dynamic real estate agents (off-plan & secondary market)
✅ Head-hunt and engage talent via LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Bayut & more
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for commission-only roles but not limited to.
✅ Work closely with sales leadership to identify team needs
✅ Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience hiring in Dubai real estate
🔹 Strong experience recruiting commission-based agents
🔹 Excellent communication & sourcing skills
🔹 Knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape
🔹 High energy, results-oriented, and a natural people person
