📝 Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.
Use advanced/Boolean search effectively
Coordinate job postings, mass mailing, and onboarding documentation
Engage with candidates until joining and maintain candidate trackers
Recruit for both domestic and onsite roles
