Xperience Realty is seeking a motivated, people-driven, and detail-focused HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing real estate operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the local real estate hiring landscape and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across the organization.
• Source qualified candidates using job portals, employee referrals, and social media channels.
• Conduct initial screenings, shortlist suitable profiles, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Develop, manage, and continuously update a strong and reliable talent pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a recruiter within a Dubai real estate brokerage (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proven capability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate job market with established industry connections.
