About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing international team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and working with candidates and clients across global markets

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for international positions (Middle to Senior level)

• Source candidates using various channels

• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews

• Coordinate candidates through the recruitment process, including relocation and onboarding support

• Collaborate with international clients and internal teams

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment (international or IT recruitment is a plus)

• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
