We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing international team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and working with candidates and clients across global markets
Manage full-cycle recruitment for international positions (Middle to Senior level)
Source candidates using various channels
Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews
Coordinate candidates through the recruitment process, including relocation and onboarding support
Collaborate with international clients and internal teams
1+ year of experience in recruitment (international or IT recruitment is a plus)
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Work in an international, professional HR team
