Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates efficiently
• Schedule and manage interviews, coordinating closely with department heads
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and generate recruitment reports
• Assist with onboarding processes and general HR operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter; real estate industry experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
