🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, GulfTalent, Indeed, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups

🔹 Requirements
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (real estate hiring mandatory)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with UAE job market is an advantage
