Amlak One is currently seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven ability to source, screen, and hire qualified professionals in a competitive market.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting the company’s expansion in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for real estate sector roles

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring activities with department heads

• Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts

• Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes aligned with company goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector

• Strong understanding of real estate industry hiring practices and talent needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
