• Understanding the job requirements received from the clients.
• Evaluating the different sourcing methods for such requirements.
• Generating a pool of suitable interested candidates from various sources.
• Screening Short listing the profiles.
• Cold calling the candidates Line up the interviews.
• Interviewing preparing candidates for further rounds with clients.
• Following up actively with candidates until the joining of the candidate.
• Maintaining various internal reports.
