Qualification: Bachelors Degree

Total Experience: 2-5 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process.
• Manage recruitment process on behalf of the organization.
• Source and hire the right candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
• Monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
