HR Recruitment Officer

MOBH Holding Group is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruitment Officer to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and enjoy building strong teams by attracting and hiring exceptional candidates.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening applicants to onboarding new employees. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple vacancies, and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

• Advertise job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media channels.

• Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support recruitment activities while maintaining accurate hiring records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience using recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Arabic language skills are a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple vacancies.

• Candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
