• Data Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and efficient retrieval.
• Human Resources: Handling employee documentation, preparing offers, and maintaining records.
• Employee Relations: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while keeping the team updated on relevant immigration standards.
