Hr Specialist

Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive HR Specialist to join a high-profile ADNOC Oil & Gas project based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can effectively manage on-site human resource operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations. Fluency in Chinese (both spoken and written) is a strict requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations Management:
• Oversee daily HR activities at the project site, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters on-site

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and selection
• Coordinate onboarding procedures and employee mobilization for project deployment

• Agency Coordination:
• Work closely with manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies to meet staffing requirements
• Ensure timely hiring aligned with project timelines

• Documentation & Records:
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies

• Payroll & Reporting Support:
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
• Ensure data accuracy for smooth payroll processing

• Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and ADNOC project requirements
• Support audits and maintain HR compliance standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Experience:
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and management

• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures
• Experience working in construction or oil & gas projects is highly preferred

• Location:
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)

• Mandatory Requirement:
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is essential for this role
