Looking for a HR Specialist with experience of 3-7 years as HR Generalist, position reports to the HR Manager. Female candidates only

Job Responsibilities include:

• Onboarding
• Leave management and Payroll (from attendance to payout)
• Custodian of employee files
• Performance management
• Assisting the PRO for visas.
• Employee engagement activities
• Assist employees with any HR requests and processes.
• Off-boarding procedures
• Data Analyis and reporting
• Location: Sharjah (E311 road) semi-government entity
