The position presents the unique challenge of managing team members operating both in-person and remotely from various countries. Our centrally-located office in downtown Abu Dhabi will serve as your primary work location, with occasional work-from-home arrangements available. Planned Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records;
• Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave);
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves;
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information;
• Collaborate with the Management to headhunt, post job ads on careers pages, process incoming resumes and organize interviews;
• Assist in the preparation of reports for internal communications;
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies;
• Do regular 1:1 with employees;
• Book hotels and tickets for visiting employees;
• Organize parties, gatherings and team building activities.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4 years experience, ideally in the IT industry;
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable university;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Knowledge of Arabic, Russian or Armenian is an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel;
• A well-controlled ego;
• Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite Applications;
• Strong operational knowledge of human resources practices;
• Attention to the details;
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law;
• Ability to maintain and demonstrate strong ethical and professional values.
