Hr Supervisor

Description:

SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., a key player in international power construction projects, is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Supervisor to support its operations for the OCGT (Open Cycle Gas Turbine) Project based in Abu Dhabi. This is a vital role for a passionate HR professional looking to contribute to a dynamic, multicultural project team.

The HR Supervisor will oversee daily HR functions and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, focusing on employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and operational excellence in HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding.

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE Labour Law.

• Coordinate recruitment efforts by collaborating with department heads and scheduling interviews.

• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.

• Work closely with PROs to manage visa applications, labor cards, and government-related processes.

• Support payroll processing and benefits administration by ensuring timely and accurate data handling.

• Provide guidance to employees on HR issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.

• Compile and present HR reports and metrics to management for decision-making support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within the UAE.

• Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and HR operational best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Chinese language skills are considered an advantage for facilitating communication within diverse teams.
