Key Responsibilities:

📌 Oversee and manage daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
📌 Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, disputes, and performance issues
📌 Process visa applications, work permits, and other essential employee documentation
📌 Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations to boost workforce efficiency
📌 Collaborate with operations teams to ensure workforce availability and resolve HR-related challenges
📌 Prepare reports on HR metrics, workforce planning, and other key HR functions

Qualifications & Requirements:

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
📌 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the delivery, logistics, or transportation industry
📌 Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
📌 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
📌 Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently
📌 Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
