Culex Hospitality is actively seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with strong hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of UAE employment laws and regulations, as well as practical experience dealing with government processes such as labor, immigration, and municipality procedures.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, contributing to the company's growth and maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:
Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Ensure efficient HR processes and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employment Laws & Compliance:
Maintain a thorough understanding of UAE employment laws, immigration regulations, and other legal requirements. Ensure that the company complies with all local and federal regulations, including labor and immigration laws.
Government Processes Handling:
Manage and assist with government-related processes, such as work permits, visas, and residency issues. This includes dealing with Dubai Municipality, RTA, labor department, and immigration authorities.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment efforts, assist with the hiring process, and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees. Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring that all personnel files and documents are organized and comply with regulatory standards.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve any HR-related issues or conflicts. Foster a positive work environment and assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure that employee compensation is in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for candidates with experience in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws, labor regulations, and government processes (immigration, labor, RTA, Dubai Municipality)
Ability to manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Immediate joiners are preferred
UAE experience is mandatory for this position
