• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain strong employee relations and assist in resolving HR-related issues.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and management effectively.
