Hse Engineer

Description:

We are looking to hire HSE Engineer / HSE Coordinator

Job Purpose:-

Coordinate, support and advice the Business Unit to assign tasks on all aspects with regard to Health and Safety.

To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, awareness, and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety.

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability:-

Support the institution of an HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, systems & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines across the Section in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.

Ensure adequate HSE training and induction for all Section employees to meet HSE standards.

Minimum Qualification:-

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering + NEBOSH

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:-

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in similar operations including 3 to 5 years in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
• Good experience in preparing mechanical lifting plans or rigging studies (general and critical)
• Support the institution of an HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, systems & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines across the Section in line with international standards, and best practices
• Able to work day & night operation.
• Posses with valid U.A.E. light duty driving license.
• Shall undergo Defensive Driving Course.
