HSE Engineer

Maestro is seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management within construction or EPC projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting inspections and safety audits, and promoting a safe working environment across project sites. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety requirements across project sites.

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety standards.

• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions.

• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

• Relevant HSE experience, preferably within the Construction or EPC industry.

• Good understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.

    • HSE documentation, reporting, and compliance procedures.

    • Communication, coordination, and problem-solving in project environments.
