Hse Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our dynamic team in the UAE. If you have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within the Construction, MEP, and Solar sectors, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and address safety hazards.
Lead safety training programs for employees and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
Monitor and report on HSE performance
Investigate accidents and incidents, providing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into all phases of construction.
Key Requirements:

5-10 years of HSE experience in Construction, MEP, and Solar industries in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.
Proven track record in leading safety initiatives and fostering a safety-first culture.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification is a must.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
