Hse Officer

Description:

Astron Group is looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure safety and compliance on our projects in Abu Dhabi.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field
NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification (preferred)
- 5+ years in HSE roles in Hydrocarbon, EPC, or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, audits, risk assessments, and incident management
- UAE driving license preferred

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Conduct site inspections and audits
- Implement HSE policies, procedures, and training
- Monitor HSE performance and investigate incidents
- Promote a proactive safety culture
