Description:

We are urgently seeking a qualified 𝐇𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 with a strong background in Transport and Logistics operations to enhance our safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
Requirements:
  🔹Experience in 𝐎𝐢𝐥 & 𝐆𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 preferred.
🔹 Develop, implement, and monitor the Company's QHSE Management System in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and applicable legal requirements.
🔹NEBOSH / IOSH certification.
 🔹Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, audits, and compliance requirements.
🔹Ensure compliance with UAE Law, RTA, Civil Defence, client HSE requirements, and transport safety regulations.
🔹Monitor drivers, supervisors, and operational personnel to ensure compliance with approved HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
🔹Conduct HSE inspections of all assets including trucks, trailers, lifting/lashing equipment, lashing gear, PPE, and work sites to ensure operational compliance.
🔹Coordinate Third-Party Inspection (TPI) and certification of lifting, lashing, and safety equipment.
🔹Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments (RA), and hazard identification for lifting operations.
🔹Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
🔹Prepare project-specific HSE Plans, Risk Assessments, Emergency Response Plans, and client-required safety documentation.
🔹Support tender submissions by preparing HSE compliance documents, certifications, and technical safety statements.
