Description:

Proficient Project Management Services LLC SPC is hiring experienced HSE Officers to support a Solar Project for its client, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for safety professionals with renewable energy or construction project experience who are committed to maintaining the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting workplace safety, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, conducting site inspections, and supporting safe project execution throughout the solar project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on the project site.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable HSE regulations.

• Promote safe work practices and provide guidance to site personnel.

• Assist in implementing HSE procedures and risk control measures.

• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports.

• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.

• Work closely with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of HSE experience.

• Previous experience on Solar Projects.

• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.

• Available in Dubai or willing to relocate.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

• Solar project safety practices.

• Risk assessment and hazard identification.
