Hse Officer Construction

Description:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with 10+ years in UAE construction to strengthen our health, safety, and environmental practices across large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement & monitor HSE management systems (HSEMS)
2. Conduct site inspections, audits & toolbox talks
3. Lead accident/incident investigations & corrective actions
4. Ensure strict PPE compliance & site safety guidelines
5. Maintain safety documentation & monthly performance reports
6. Deliver inductions, HSE training & workforce awareness programs
7. Prepare risk assessments & project-specific HSE plans
8. Oversee hygiene, sanitation & worker welfare standards
9. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 regulations

Requirements & Certifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree
✔ NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)
✔ IOSH Managing Safely
✔ ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certifications
✔ COSHH Risk Assessor, BBS in the Workplace
✔ Fire Safety & First Aid certification
