Hiring HSE Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), Project EHS Plan, EHS Policy, Operational Control Procedures and other EHS Documents.
- Implement and monitor the EHSMS performance of the company.
- Conduct EHS Internal Audits and Inspections.
- Reviewing Method Statement (MS) and preparing Task Risk Assessment (TRA).
- Conduct near miss, incident and accident investigation.
- Proficient in Windows Offices such as Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point Presentation.
- Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- Possess strong sense of leadership and management skills.
- Able to manage and lead HSE team
- Knowledge in Al Dar OSH requirements.
- Plan, Lead, and participate in job site safety meetings.
- Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions.

QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (as OSH Manager, Lead or above)
- Post-Secondary OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5) or Level 6.
- Abu Dhabi Occupational Health and Safety (ADOSH-SF) Practitioners Course and hold Grade A registration (or relevant OSH practitioner approval, as applicable).
- ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- Shall have minimum 10 years experience in Health and Safety domain.
- Previous ALDAR approvals will be added advantage.
