Hiring HSE Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), Project EHS Plan, EHS Policy, Operational Control Procedures and other EHS Documents.
  • Implement and monitor the EHSMS performance of the company.
  • Conduct EHS Internal Audits and Inspections.
  • Reviewing Method Statement (MS) and preparing Task Risk Assessment (TRA).
  • Conduct near miss, incident and accident investigation.
  • Proficient in Windows Offices such as Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point Presentation.
  • Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
  • Possess strong sense of leadership and management skills.
  • Able to manage and lead HSE team
  • Knowledge in Al Dar OSH requirements.
  • Plan, Lead, and participate in job site safety meetings.
  • Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions.

Job Type: Full-time

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (as OSH Manager, Lead or above)
  • Post-Secondary OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5) or Level 6.
  • Abu Dhabi Occupational Health and Safety (ADOSH-SF) Practitioners Course and hold Grade A registration (or relevant OSH practitioner approval, as applicable).
  • ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Shall have minimum 10 years experience in Health and Safety domain.
  • Previous ALDAR approvals will be added advantage.
