Eurolink Safety is seeking a qualified and confident HSE Trainer to join its professional safety training team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced safety professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality training and promoting workplace health and safety standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging HSE training programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and helping individuals and organizations improve workplace safety practices. Strong presentation skills and the ability to train diverse audiences are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver effective health, safety, and environmental training programs.
• Conduct training sessions for individuals and groups on HSE topics.
• Ensure training materials comply with current HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assess participant performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture and support workplace compliance initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a valid NEBOSH Certification.
• Diploma in Health & Safety is an added advantage.
• Previous experience as an HSE Trainer is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of applicable HSE legislation and industry standards.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and compliance.
• Safety training program development and delivery.
• Risk assessment, workplace safety practices, and incident prevention.
