China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) is seeking an experienced and highly qualified HSSE Manager to join our team at Dubai South, UAE — home to one of the world's most ambitious airport development projects.

📋 About the Role:
As HSSE Manager, you will lead and oversee all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental activities across our airport project operations, ensuring full compliance with international standards and best practices.

📌 Key Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a relevant field
✅ Minimum 10 years of HSSE experience
✅ Experience in Airport projects is essential
✅ NEBOSH Certified
✅ IOSH Certified
✅ Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards
✅ South African nationality

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies and procedures on-site
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and international HSSE standards
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Lead HSSE training programs and promote a strong safety culture
• Liaise with project management, client representatives, and regulatory authorities
• Prepare and submit HSSE reports to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance
