Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws.
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant information.
• Handle employee queries regarding policies and benefits.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping.
🔹 Requirements:
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
