Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PRO and HR Assistant to support our HR and government relations functions. This dual role involves managing all government-related documentation and processes (visa, labor, and immigration) while assisting with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Duties:
- Manage all government-related documentation and processes (e.g., visas, Emirates ID, labor cards, medical tests, etc.).
- Process and renew employment visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, and other relevant documents for employees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and visa regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Police, etc.).
- Handle company licensing and permit renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of all PRO-related transactions and documentation.
- Liaise with PRO service agents and other third parties when required.
- Track visa and labor permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or cancellation.
HR Assistant Duties:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., document collection, orientation, exit formalities).
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database and physical files.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, overtime, etc.).
- Support HR in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Help coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, etc.).
- Prepare HR letters and documents such as salary certificates, NOCs, and experience letters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar dual role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual : Arabic & English is a must.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
