Description:
A well-established Forex organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with senior stakeholders and support both strategic and operational HR initiatives. This role has a strong emphasis on HR systems ownership, people analytics, and performance management, playing a key part in fostering a data-driven, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
- Own and manage the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and user adoption
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to support leadership decision-making
- Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, calibrations, and improvement plans
- Provide guidance and training to managers on HR systems, reporting tools, and performance best practices
- Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, HR policies, and internal governance frameworks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital employee records and documentation
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in a Business Partner or comparable role
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR reporting/analytics
- Solid understanding of performance management frameworks and tools
- Background within a private or mid-sized organization is advantageous
