Human Resources Coordinator

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at AL REEM GROUP located in Abu Dhabi. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Experience
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Demonstrated ability to implement and oversee HR programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
