Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
· Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Conduct performance evaluations, manage KPIs and support professional development initiatives.
· Manage employee relations, addressing issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
· Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
· Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
· Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
· Administer compensation and benefits programs.
· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
· Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
