Human Resources Executive

Description:

Looking for an HR Executive to join our team and undertake the following responsibilities:

Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy in coordination with line manager; implement HR strategies aligned with Organizational objectives, enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Recruitment & sourcing new candidates as per the need and direction from the line manager.

Handle leave management and employee advances

Generate warning letters, termination letters, experience certificates, salary certificates, salary transfer letters, NOC requests, etc.

Set KPIs and monitor them with Line Managers, Shareholders
