Human Resources Executive

Description:

Ramzin Group, a diversified Dubai-based conglomerate with operations across real estate, business setup & tax consultancy, tourism, transportation, hospitality, financial services, and manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, preferably within UAE-based business groups, and will be responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

• Provide strategic HR guidance and counsel to senior leadership and decision-makers.

• Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.

• Promote a culture of high performance through employee engagement and recognition programs.

• Manage employee relations, retention, and professional development initiatives.

• Build organizational capabilities by developing future leaders and optimizing HR processes.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to create an inclusive work environment.

• Leverage HR technologies and data analytics to improve workforce management and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance.

• Proven track record in HR leadership, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Experience with performance management systems and HR data analytics.
