As our operations continue to expand rapidly in Dubai, we are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Generalist or HR Lead to join our team and help elevate our human resource management and organizational capabilities to the next level.

4. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs; source top talent through diverse channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Design and implement effective employee training programs to enhance skills, competencies, and career development.
- Manage and refine the performance management system; conduct evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance and HR regulations to minimize legal risks and support best practices.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally; promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data to inform strategic decisions and support workforce planning.
5. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience in Dubai or the MENA region.
- Strong knowledge of related laws, regulations, compliance and the ability to apply legal insights in practical scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Chinese (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-driven.
- Adaptable and quick to learn; capable of integrating into Dubai’s professional and cultural environment.
