Human Resources Manager

Description:

The Senior HR Manager will be a key member of the management team where you

will create, lead and develop strong people and culture practices to ensure a

positive employee experience. You will create a Talent Acquisition strategy which

aligns with the core values and mission of OMP Groups.

Please note:

This role is for a 6 day work week.

This role reports to the Head of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition - Manage the entire talent acquisition process, from

collaborating with the line managers to create required job descriptions,

managing official hiring platforms, conducting interviews, hiring and

onboarding.

• HRM System - Ability to manage the company HRM System at all times

(Knowledge of interfaces like Zoho, SAP, Oracle etc. is essential)

• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Employee Welfare Practices
• Ability to draft all necessary policies and adhering Legal Documents
• Co-anchor the creation of training materials and performance management

programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities

• Employee issues and conflicts resolution - sound understanding of grievance

and escalation policies

• Ensure the organizations compliance
• Drafting, updating and maintaining The Company Handbook (both for

Corporates and Employees)

• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Partner with the Corporate to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with

business initiative

• Conduct performance and salary reviews
• Design and implement employee retention strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Relevant Certification
• 5+ years experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition

strategies

• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment
