Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Be able to provide full modules consulting support, promote the effective operation of recruitment, employee relations, salary, performance appraisal and staff training. Provide sufficient human resources support and talent guarantee.

2. Formulating, signing and managing contracts and social welfare to ensure that employees (local and foreign employees) comply with local laws and regulations.

3. Analyze the current situation of personnel to help leaders to make timely and correct decisions.

4. Understand the business situation of each department, provide guidance for the performance appraisal of each department, and supervise the appraisal process.

5. Assist the business department in building sustainable talent structure and assist the HQ in training to jointly promote talent development.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
