Position Overview:

- They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the real estate
- Industry’s unique needs.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Provide guidance on employee relations,
- conflict resolution, and performance management to maintain a positive and

- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training programs that address the specific needs of real estate professionals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure HR

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of real estate operations and the unique challenges faced by professionals in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
