Role Description:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills.
• Training and Development expertise.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. MBA Preferred.
