Human Resources Manager

Mileo, The Palm is embarking on an exciting hotel launch in Downtown Dubai and is currently seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions. This strategic role is critical to the successful pre-opening and long-term operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth hospitality experience, particularly in pre-opening environments, along with strong leadership and compliance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of pre-opening HR functions including staffing, onboarding, policy drafting, and compliance.

• Develop and implement manpower planning strategies in line with operational needs.

• Manage full recruitment cycle across all departments, from job posting to final selection and onboarding.

• Set up and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored for the hotel environment.

• Oversee performance management frameworks, payroll processes, employee leave, benefits, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with PROs and government authorities to ensure smooth handling of visas and labor-related documentation.

• Champion Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to foster staff growth and a high-performance culture.

• Serve as a cultural ambassador and HR advisor to senior management and team leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience within the hospitality industry, with solid exposure to hotel pre-openings.

• Expert understanding of UAE Labour Law, HRIS platforms, and best HR practices in the hospitality sector.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to handle complex HR operations in dynamic environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

• Experience in Learning & Development and PRO coordination is preferred.
