The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly within startup environments. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and candidates must have a strong foundation in UAE labor laws. This role requires someone with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention strategies.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the startup’s mission and goals

• Leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition efforts

• Designing HR policies, processes, and documentation from the ground up

• Managing employee relations and fostering a collaborative company culture

• Ensuring compliance with UAE employment regulations

• Partnering with leadership to plan organizational growth and structure
